Geospatial expert for international telecom consulting company. Designed, implemented, and manage ArcGIS Enterprise deployment for 100 users. Heavy use of Postgres SQL and PostGIS to analyze and manage large data sets. Trained team members in geospatial data processing, analysis, and visualization using PostGIS and ArcGIS Enterprise.
GIS analysis and map creation in support of engineering and insurance investigations relating to storm damage. Tasks include working with USGS, FEMA and NOAA data to investigate the extent and cause of damage resulting from major catastrophes such as hurricanes, flooding, tornadoes, and earthquakes.
